Make your favourite base (I used my Macadamia, Date & Chocolate Bliss Balls recipe – http://mynotesfromnewengland.com/2015/11/28/macadamia-date-chocolate-bliss-balls/ ), though good idea to make base separately and leave at room temperate and add the Sorbet cake when ready to serve.
To make cake use a cake tin, line with baking paper, melt one flavour of Weis Sorbet cake, let set and then add second flavour next day. When ready to serve just run hot water around the cake tin and the cake will come out easily.
Add Base & Sorbet Cake and you have a sensational dessert.
Who cares if it is cheating – sometimes it is so nice to make life easy. And if someone asks for your recipe just tell them the sorbet is an old secret family recipe handed down from generation to generation.
