These are super easy, only have five ingredients and take but a few minutes to make!
They are tasty little morsels and are very moreish. Great to have in the fridge if you can resist eating in one go.
Macadamia & Cashew Bliss Balls
350 gram pitted dried dates – soak in water for a few minutes to soften
100-gram macadamia nuts
100-gram cashew nuts
1 Tablespoon Cacao Powder
1 Tablespoon Almond Meal
Soak dates for a few minutes to soften.
Add all the ingredients to a processor and process until mixture is starting to resemble a sticky dough.
With slightly damp hands roll about a teaspoon worth into balls.
Best kept in the fridge.
