Day 26 of 30 recipes in 30 days
I wanted to make a recipe today that was super healthy and on the light side!! I have a freezer full of goodies and I am feeling a tiny, little bit over food!!!! So, a yummy smoothie was the answer. I love smoothies, they are so easy and a great way of slipping in some extra goodies like cashews or hemp seeds.
I get most of my ingredients apart from fruit and vegetables from Tenterfield Health.
1/2 a mango
1 cup almond milk
3 tablespoons of maple syrup
Handful of ice
¼ cup raw cashews
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- Combine all ingredients until smooth
- Enjoy immediately!
